On November 1, 2023, INNOVATEK acquired the historic Safilo plant in Longarone, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technological systems for finishing and over 200 specialized and qualified workers. On July 4, 2024, INNOVATEK acquired a stake in ZENNAROTRAFO, which has been producing electric transformers for over 80 years, and on July 22, 2024, it acquired 100% of DEC Elettronica, which has been operating in the Electronic Manufacturing Services sector for over 30 years. On September 5, 2024, INNOVATEK acquired a stake in Luxen Solar Energy, the Italian representative of Luxen Solar Energy CO., LTD, a leading Chinese international company in the solar panel and renewable energy technology sector. Thus, INNOVATEK, in addition to the Eyewear sector, acquires design & production authority in the electronics, electromechanics, and Green technologies sectors, completing the supply chain in these sectors to serve customers. On December 27, 2024, Innovatek acquired 55% of Zetronic, a historic company of the Molex group, specializing in the mechatronics sector, with processing in mechanics, plastics, electronics, and a focus on the automotive sector.
