Thanks to its subsidiary DEC Elettronica and its affiliated companies Zetronic, Zennarotrafo, and Luxen Solar Energy, INNOVATEK is able to manage the entire production chain for the electronics, electromechanics, and green energy sectors. This enables it to provide complete and integrated solutions, acting as a manufacturing extension for its partner clients.

Our History
The Fulchir family’s history is deeply connected to electronics, with a renowned track record of providing high-tech products and services both nationally and internationally.
On November 1, 2023, INNOVATEK acquired the historic Safilo plant in Longarone, a facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by over 200 specialized and highly skilled professionals.
From the very beginning, the experience and know-how of its operators, along with the cross-functional expertise of its management team, have made INNOVATEK a benchmark in manufacturing services for the eyewear industry. The company boasts a finishing and polishing capacity of over 300,000 eyewear pieces per month, delivering top-tier quality and high competitiveness.
Through the INNOVATEK TECHNOLOGIES division, we have also transformed our solid heritage of experience into an industry that spans electronics, mechanics, mechatronics, and green technologies.
